Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and neuralpaty regarding your use of our website, educational programmes, and related services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programmes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect intellectual property rights

Programme Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Programme fees must be paid in full before commencement unless payment arrangements have been made.

Cancellations: Full refund minus 150 SGD fee if cancelled 14+ days before start. 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days. No refunds after programme starts.

Rescheduling: Participants may request to transfer to a future intake subject to availability and administrative fee of 100 SGD.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit harmful or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Engage in fraudulent activities
Harass or harm other users or staff
Share account credentials with others
Reproduce or distribute course materials without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, materials, and resources remain the property of neuralpaty. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use during and after programme participation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Any projects or work you create during programmes remain your property, though we may request permission to showcase anonymized examples for educational purposes.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, career advancement, or technical proficiency levels. Individual results depend on numerous factors including prior knowledge, effort, and practical application.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific programme. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from programme participation or website use.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through informal discussion. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, arbitration under Singapore law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts for any legal proceedings.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior, non-payment, or any conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, your right to access materials and participate in programmes ends immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modifications, you should discontinue using our services.
